Senior Solve is not a large, impersonal organization. It is a personalized assessment service, created and operated by me, Dawn Mills, to help you and your senior in need.
I will be the individual evaluating the assessment, calling you to discuss solutions, and arranging the care plan. I will help to improve the difficult situation you and your loved one are currently experiencing.

Dawn Mills obtained a degree in Gerontology from the Leonard Davis School of Gerontology at USC. She is a Certified Care Manager with the National Academy of Care Managers and a licensed fiduciary with the California Professional Fiduciaries Bureau/National Guardianship Association.
Dawn has a lifelong respect, caring, and enthusiasm for seniors. Having been inspired through an exceptionally close relationship with her grandmother, Bessie, Dawn decided to pursue care for the aging as her profession. Genuine caring, knowledge, and experience are the reasons Dawn excels in helping seniors.
Dawn's entire professional career has been devoted to seniors. She has worked as a geriatric case manager in the private sector and as a social worker for the City of Los Angeles. She has operated and licensed Assisted Living Facilities, conducted educational workshops to help educate and sensitize caregivers on issues of aging, and designed programs for dementia units at RCFEs. Dawn currently offers her private case management and fiduciary services through Senior Solve.
